The Holly Fab armchair picks up on soft touches and 1950s influences of the Holly chair and the Holly Fab dining armchair.‎ The distinguishing component in the collection is the wrap-around backrest that flows out to become an armrest but, on the armchair, the proportions take on an even more expansive character, emphasising the dimension of recreation and relaxation.‎ The foot, which rises at the front, is also a distinctive feature.‎
