OTTO PENDANT

OTTO lamp series design echoes the distant sci-fi imaginary of the late 60s and early 70s.‎
It’s inspired by the illustrations of the UFOs era with the very distant universes they used to recall; its silhouette refers in a playful way to the world of amusement park carousels, which have played such a large part in bringing the ‘space dream’ to Earth.‎ OTTO is an airy, almost floating suspension composed of an upper hat covered in bouclé fabric by Rubelli, which completes and contrasts with a diaphanous inverted truncated cone formed by
pongè bands, whose actual pose is to become a light diffuser.‎
