RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At HomeStationPro, products are sourced through verified supplier and manufacturer partnerships under a streamlined fulfillment model. Due to the nature of furniture items and procurement processes, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The item was delivered damaged
• The item has a verified manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was delivered

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Minor variations in color, tone, grain, or texture
• Size misjudgment where dimensions were clearly stated
• Items that have been used, assembled, or altered


3. REPORTING A CLAIM

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a claim, the customer must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs showing the issue
• Description of the defect or damage

Failure to report within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the item in satisfactory condition.


4. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for return:

• The item must remain unused
• The item must be in original packaging
• All accessories and components must be included

HomeStationPro reserves the right to inspect the item before approving a refund or replacement.


5. CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom-made, made-to-specification, or specially sourced items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless delivered defective.

Once sourcing or production begins, cancellation or refund is not permitted.


6. REFUND PROCESS

If a return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
• Processing time may take 7–14 business days
• Delivery fees, handling charges, and installation fees are non-refundable unless the error is verified to be ours

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


7. RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to verified damage or supplier error, we will arrange or cover the return logistics.

If the return is approved under exceptional circumstances not caused by us, return logistics costs shall be borne by the customer.


8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

• Clearance or discounted items
• Installed items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Products altered or modified after receipt


9. REFUSAL OF RETURNS

HomeStationPro reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be responsible for indirect losses, inconvenience, or third-party costs arising from product use or delay.
